Have you tried opening up the plastic plates and using a vacuum to clean the vents? Also trying another non-polarized cord to see if the issue remains the same? This does not sound like a BF6 issue so much as it sounds like a console problem that needs to be addressed by Sony's hardware team via their support for replacement of the console. You may also want to try to boot the PS5 into safe mode to see if there is any corrupted files causing issues that aren't being addressed in the background. Boot the PS5 into Safe Mode and select the "Rebuild Database" option to fix any potential corruption in the system files
Hi yes, I’ve taken the plates off and cleaned with a soft bristle toothbrush and compressed air. I am also able to play other games for a long amount of time like Apex without my console crashing. I definitely think it’s a console issue, but it’s something about battlefield that’s bringing it to light. But I’ll will try your suggestions. I appreciate it.
