I was wrong though i didnt realize you had a 16 core. Make the User.cfg file say this

Thread.ProcessorCount 8 Thread.MaxProcessorCount 8 Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0 Thread.JobThreadPriority 0 GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 16

my bad dawg this should help you alot. Just do this and try changing your xmp profile in bios
