CPU Low Freqency - unplayeble

After last game update, my CPU is running on around 1,2GHz and GPU is on 30-40% so FPS is about 40. Tempreature is fine. Before update GPU was on maximum and cpu around 70% and FPS was 90 - 120. CPU freqency drops after i start a game. I can use maximu or minimal graphic setting, nothink change. It looks like CPU problem, when somehow CPU don´t rise freqency when needed. it's just a Battlefield 6, CPU in other games or programs works fine on high freqency.
