Crappy everything

I bought battlefield 6 the ultimate addition I have an rtx pny 5080 and a intel 9 285 k cpu and have nothing but issues with this game I play red sec and the game crashes or freezes textures don’t load in properly hard to get back on booting up ea has done nothing to fix these issues it’s been 3 months people having problems and still no solid fix so I decided to try on my woman’s pc 4070ti and as soon as I booted up went to change control settings bam black screen froze my whole pc I’ve tried every fix updated everything including my bios and this game just runs like garbage what a waste of money  ea has to be the worst company for any fixes
