Crash when loading any multiplayer match

I get a crash to desktop anytime I try to load into a multiplayer game.

I see the loading screen. The loading bar fills, then crash.

I have tried all of these Google AI suggestions:

I have also tried updating my BIOS, disabling Nvidia and EA app overlays, clearing my Nvidia Dxshader cache, and completely uninstalling and then reinstalling the game and the EA Javelin Anticheat.

Any recommendations on what I can try next would be much appreciated.

I'm running this on a brand new laptop.

It is a Windows 11 with 32GB RAM, 900GB hard drive, and an Nvidia GeForce 5060 graphics card. CPU is a 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900H, 2600 Mhz, 14 Cores, 20 Logical Processors.

Weirdly, I was able to play one match the other day. The next match I tried playing I began running into this issue.

Any recommendations would be much appreciated. I can't play the game at all.
