Crashing Issues haven't been fixed since Season 1 update

Hello, last the community heard, EA devs had enough data collected to fix the crashing issues that have been affecting PC Steam players everywhere. I cannot play the game for more than 5 to 10 minutes without it crashing or shutting down my computer without any error code or messages.

Why were we told that you had enough data, but haven't taken any action to fix this? I haven't been able to play the game normally since before the Season 1 launch and the beta. 

When can we expect to see meaningful change? I know I am not the only one experiencing these issues, and I have already tried everything that has been suggested in these forums from EA_Leauw (I know I mispelled that.)

Please give us an update so that we know this is still something that the devs are working on. I really want to play, but can't.
