CRASHING

Has anyone figured out or resolved the problem with this game crashing and/or turning off the console. I've been following in the forum that a lot of people are having the same issue. I only started playing since 2042, and that game along with Battlefield 6 is the only games that turns my console off. I thought it might be a problem with my console, so I purchased a brand new Xbox series X. Still have the same problems, and I went further to purchase an exterior fan thinking it may be getting too hot. It has to be something to do with the game itself running on the Xbox because like I said no other game does this.
