Crashing

Hey guys, I have a problem with this game shutting down my Xbox. I've been through three different brand new consoles and it's still doing it. I had a series S, then went to a series X, and now I'm back to a new series S. While playing it it will totally shut off my console. It's not the consoles because the only constant common factor is this game. I can play any other games and it never does this. Has anyone else had this problem, and hopefully found a fix? EA sports has made it almost impossible to locate a way of contacting them.
