Crosshair Help!

Is there anyway to make the center dot on the Crosshair larger? It’s a tiny little dot!
I have Crosshair settings maxed out but that little dot is so hard to see on Xbox. I can’t see my Crosshair very well no matter what color I change it to. All setting are maxed also.

I think the only way to adjust it is by those settings you mentioned you already changed. Where you have 3 variants : thin - default - thick.
You can try:
lower the resolution ( makes the screen bigger, like a close view)
Check the narrow insead of wide setting
Reduce your FOV , this should behave similar to the resolution i mentioned
Play a bit more with graphic settings, if you are maxed out, maybe some effects, lightning, etc can make it a bit harder to see
