Didn't know battlepass skip doesn't work on Prestige pass.

Sorry EA, I should have read the discribtion of the battlepass tier skip.

I didn't notice that the skip does not apply to the prestige pass.

I thought the skip was bugging and I bought it twice.

Can I please get my 1500 battlefield coins back?

Hi, sorry to hear you ran into this.

Tier Skips can stack, so you’ll be able to use them in future seasons. If your Tier Skips can’t be applied right away, they’ll be held for you and then applied to the next eligible progression path based on the schedule. For example, if the next eligible path is a Bonus Path, they’ll apply there. If it’s the next season, they’ll apply to that instead.

On the other hand, if you’d like to request a return of the BFC, the best next step would be to contact our Support team so they can check whether that may be possible. I do want to be transparent, though, that another player previously told me their request was declined.

EA did this to me as well. I strongly recommend not buying the in game coins, reason being is that once you make the purchase for coins, EA’s position becomes the transaction went through and the deal is completed.

EA doesn’t recognize that the Intention when buying the coins was to redeem them for something. They create deceptive uses for coin transactions such as the tier skip not allowing certain tiers to qualify for the tier skip. In my case, when doing the transaction for the tier skip, it does not says the Prestige Tier is exempt. EA puts that exemption in a different area where users are not reading prior to the redemption of coins.

Same exact thing just happened to me i just need the last 5 tiers and would have been done with the whole pass, it shouldnt have let us buy it if it won't even work for use. Wish I saw this post before I did bought it.
