Just an update for peeps suffering with the direct x device hung error and have AMD graphics cards . Using the adrenaline software go into graphics settings and reset the cache before you start playing the game . I’ve been doing this and getting about 3 hours of gameplay before the direct x error happens might not work for everybody but hope it helps for some , been a week of doing this and getting a good few hours a day crashless gaming 👍🏻
Unfortunately yes but I’ve played all day today with no crashes, it’s obviously a game engine problem so unless you’re willing to find a workaround it could be a long wait to get fixed , this particular fix has made it a better experience for me and might help others but we shouldn’t have to be doin this **bleep**
So it still crashes?
Anyway, the game developers should be looking into this. I have tinkered with so many system settings trying to get rid of this. It's better to just ask for a refund and wait for them to fix it before you buy again (sometimes even with a discount).
