Direct x Error

my issue is the game crashes at random times due to a direct x error saying I need to update rtx 3080 drivers. I have reinstalled the latest drivers well over 20 times trying to get the game to work. Checked all my other drivers were up to date and even updated my bios. Didn’t work. Then tried seeing if other programmes interfered so I stoped using medal and afterburner and other launchers. Didn’t work. October 14th new driver update came out. Was fixed for 2 games and then persisted the same as before. I’ve tried more but I can’t remember the methods and they didn’t work either so I’ve given up thinking it’s an EA app issue or something in game. I think I have 12 hours in the game and I wonder how much of that was trying different settings. I’m level 14 and doing fairly well for myself so crashing a lot just makes me angry.
