Matchmaking Broken

I’m on console and every time I search for a game (other than shooting range or campaign) my character stands up as if I’ve found a game and then nothing happens and I have to start searching again, tried rebooting wifi, restarting my Xbox, uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing works, tried in a party, everyone else loads in except for me, can’t join servers either, was playing fine a couple of days ago, heard a few people had this problem but the only solution is a VPN and I can’t use that on my Xbox
