DirectX crashes

Like seriously, can you guys please fix this.  Same problem since beta and before actually beta did better.  So why on earth is it every 5-6 games DirectX hangs and your **bleep** game force closes yet again?  Developers coders?? Anyone being paid for it have any clue beyond oh oops reload.  I feel as if each time your product fails a customer you should issue a partial refund,  eventually I'd bet you can figure it out then when it hurts your pocket after less than 24 hours and you've refunded the cost of the game to half the world.
