Guys these Directx crashes are making the game almost completely unplayable. They are so random and completely destroy and ruin the experience. Sometimes it 30 seconds you can play for and other times it’s 30 minutes. Please please please fix this developers.

Good day, I haven't been able to play this cursed game for 4 months. My PC freezes within 15 minutes to an hour, and it doesn't recover until I restart it. I've sent hundreds of emails to EA, and they still haven't found a solution. Is this huge company really that bad? The game is fantastic, but it's broken, and they still haven't fixed it. They keep directing me to forums, it's like a joke. I built a new system for this game, but I can't play because of this anti-cheat problem. The emails I receive also direct me to forums. Dear EA, are we supposed to solve this cursed problem among ourselves? What are you going to do? Nothing?! This game has gained incredible momentum after all these years, and you're trying to ruin yourselves? I've given up, I'm not playing anymore. Because my system only freezes in this cursed game. There are no problems in other multiplayers. That's why I play Arc Raider, which is flawless and fantastic. Keep going like this, EA, don't find a solution, don't collaborate with AMD and Nvidia to release patches, ruin yourselves, bravo EA.
