DirectX error

I have been having this issue since the beta test. sometimes it’s a couple games. sometimes it’s the first game I play and it’s keeping crashing, and report “Device Removed”. I have try closing background apps, Perform a clean boot, Reinstall my game, EA & Steam app, Repair the Battlefield6 files, Capping frame rate, and enable Vertical Sync.

I believe it wasn’t my GPU’s fault, it performs stable in 2077, helldivers 2 and many other games without such kind of crashing.

RTX 5080Laptop GPU already updated to the latest drive version release on the 14th of Oct, and still not working. Some troubleshooting skills I have tried may delay the crashing before it really happens, but not get it fixed. Lower graphic setting seems be more capable in small maps and mid maps. But still crashing after period of time, Pls, pls help me with this problem cause it’s do obstacle my gaming and I have bought S1 game pass already can’t refund. Really need some help to fix this.

BTW i found that ican't start a new case from EA support, so i ask for help in the Forums
