I know EA is just a small indie company with very limited resources and funding, however yesterday this game has crashed a total of 9 times. Same error. All drivers are up to date. 5090, 9850x3d. Happens at the start of Redsec games in the helicopter, and every time it crashes I lose RP.

This is one of those errors that won't have a singular fix for everyone. It will be an error you have to fix with different steps. Typically, it is just doing a fresh install of the GPU drivers. More often than not, it should be done with the DDU steps here: DDU Steps
If they do not work, follow the thread here: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED or DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG
