I too am experiencing a similar problem as you I believe. Check out these attached screenshots. This usually happens to me in the game seemingly "randomly", and then again pretty consistently if I alt-tab back and forth between windows. I'm launched via the EA app.

And yup, I have already rebooted restarted rain danced and updated drivers and bios etcetcecetc ad nauseum.
SiR_MrQuil if anything is overclocked on the PC, disable it. CPU, RAM XMP, and GPU.
Disabling GPU overclocking is easy. Open Nvidia Control Panel/Help Menu/Debug Mode.
