Disabling helicopter aim assist/locking?

I'm playing BF6 on PC as a gunner in either the transport chopper or the attack chopper for context. When zooming in, I noticed it trying to follow where I initially aimed at which is very annoying. It was throwing off my aim instead of just zooming because It's trying to negate where the aircraft is to where my aim is. I want the zoom to just zoom in and not adjust my aiming. I checked everywhere for the setting and cannot find it. Could anyone help out with this?
