DLSS problem

Okay, so I'm playing on 3060 TI and on DLSS-Quality in the game, but at a distance of more than 70 meters the game looks pixelated and as if it was in low resolution, I have all the effects turned off, I don't know what's going on but this is very frustrating. Somebody help
