When I use DLSS, no matter which preset I choose, after playing for a while, the upper part of the screen becomes layered, with some layers being blurry and others remaining clear. This doesn't happen when I use other anti-aliasing methods. I want to know if I'm the only one experiencing this or if many others have similar issues?

This was a bug for me since launch. I disabled some option related to reflections in advanced graphics and it was fixed for me. Can't recall which one, but that did it :-)

As far as I could test, turning SSR completely off removed the bars.
Same as you! I used to set SSR to Low, which fixed this bug. If you are RTX 40/50 series, you can also enable Frame Generation, and the bug won't occur.
I haven't run into this bug again since the new DLSS model update.
