Do Moderators bring issues to the technical staff?

I have a sound issue that commenced not long after Season 3 was introduced. It cuts off constantly. I've posted about it here. My question is, does posting problems here result in any action by the technical staff? Are issues brought to them? Do they follow up and find solutions? Thanks.

Hmmm -- if enough people report the same problem ; then it can takes months before anything is sorted.
There tends to be very little response from anybody in a 'position' to sort tech problems.
