Duplicate Charge

Somehow, BF6 has been ordered twice, once in the Phantom Edition and once in the Standard Edition.

I don't think this should have been available in the first place. Why would you let a user purchase the same game twice in one account? 

I'm trying out all the options I can to get a refund, but EA help is not responding.

I never received an email about my case(I was informed I would get one after I filed one)

May I get some help and get a refund for the Standard Edition, please?

  • Good Luck currently on like day 8 NOT A PEEP outta EA help or even a COMMUNITY MANAGER explain what is up with the LACK OF SUPPORT. I  personally had submit the case then sit in the live chat window for 22hrs before getting to an agent and being told "alot of people dont have the items they paid for it will be addressed in a future update" which if you ask me is BS, put time into twitch drops "oh well you might get them" oh you paid for pre order bonuses and phantom, "Dont worry we just gonna give it to everyone and NOT refund ALL phantom editions".
