I believe I fixed this issue by removing the overclock settings I had set for my GPU.  I just played for hours with no crashes.

i7-10700k CPU

EVGA 3080 10GB GPU

32GB DDR4-3200 RAM

MSI Z490 Motherboard

Samsung 990 Evo m.2 SSD
