Date/time: Day 1 launch 10/17/2025 was my last time trying to play with my last crash.
Summarize Bug: Game freezes with a 1-2 sec delay then black screen to desktop with desktop icons not appearing until i move my mouse curser around.
DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" Failed With DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The GPU will not respond to more commands")
What type of issue do you have? Crash.
In which mode has this happened? Conquest, Breakthrough, I have not played any other mode.
Any other errors? No! Surprisingly the game runs really well up until this crash.
I have put 43 hours into the game so far with constant crashes every 2-4 rounds of conquest and breakthrough with the same error as stated above. Eventually after constant crashes back to desktop and rebooting of my pc trying to figure out fixes. It messed something up with my computer i did a full reinstall of windows 11 all programs steam, battlefield 6 all drivers. I am still getting the crash i will not attempt to play anymore if they can not fix this issue that seems to be effecting so many players with so many different rig configurations then a refund should be warranted by EA period
