DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED or DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

the latest version crashes the game practically always the one indicated by me and also by amd allows at least to play it for a few hours even if there are always the known problems of the game where the server kicks you out as a hardware technician I have tried them all then the problems vary from hardware configuration however the problem was always created by EA with the update of January 20th I until that moment I had no problems except at the release of the first season that the game kicked you out practically always.... my question is how can a company like EA make a beta that works well and then sell a game that for the majority does not work and is full of bugs of a spectacular game they are hitting themselves and since someone pointed it out to them they did not release the second season because they know it is full of defects and so the complaints decrease or who has requested a refund I personally this is the last game I buy from them in the past I have already had problems with their games and the support is terrible or almost nothing to the wise, few words, this comment will be deleted so as not to get bad publicity. In the last 10 days I have written 5 times to EA, I have had no response and they have not opened the case for me, proving what is written above.
