DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED

As many keep saying this continues to be an issue. I can finish 1 game most of the time, but typically I'm unable to play now.

I've removed drivers with DDU and reinstalled clean in safe mode. VBIOS is up to date on GPU, motherboard BIOS is up to date. CPU chipset is up to date. Clean windows 11 install that is up to date, and reinstalled BF6.

No matter what I do this issue persists.

Have the same exact issue. Some days zero crashes some days dozens for the same reason.

CrashDump reports "ERROR_CODE: (NTSTATUS) 0x887a0005 - The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action."

I found a temporary solution at least for those of us on Steam.

If you validate your files every time before playing it will fail 3 files. It will redownload them and then you won't get this error while playing.

But you have to remember to revalidate every time after done playing or right before playing.
