Battlefield 6 PC freeze

Hi. I recently started playing again. I have a problem where my entire computer freezes during BF6. This is the only game where this happens. I enabled the integrated video card in the bios, I also disabled those few things in the application- and browser-controlled windows defender, EAAntiCheat, and BF6 is also started as an administrator, and full-screen optimization is disabled. I would like to ask for help with this.

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. The DXDiag is a big help. Here are some suggestions after reviewing it:

    1. Update your motherboard BUIDS and AMD chipset drivers from ASRock/AMD
    2. Disconnect any nonessential USB devices while testing Battlefield. Extra mic, headset dongle, hubs, Steam virtual devices, etc.
    3. Move keyboard/mouse/headset dongles to different rear motherboard USB ports, avoiding hubs/front-panel USB
    4. Disable or uninstall any old or unused Steam Streaming Microphone/Speakers device
    5. Use DDU to clean-install the Nvidia driver. Then, test either the latest driver or a previous, recently stable version
    6. Temporarily disable Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling and overlays. The EA App, Steam, Discord, GeForce/Nvidia
    7. Check Windows Event Viewer around the freeze for USBXHCI, WHEA-Logger, nvlddmkm, or Display
