DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_RESET

"GetDeviceRemovedReason" "The device failed due to a badly formed command. This is a run-time issue; The application should destroy and recreate the device".

I am witnessing the following issue and I have the latest drivers of BF6 from Nvidia. After this error, I get black screen with message "Your PC ran into trouble" then it restarts. It's happening on every single mode.
