EA app can't launch BF6

Hello EA Support,

I am experiencing an issue where Battlefield 6 cannot launch from the EA App.

Details of the issue:

• EA App opens normally, but the game fails to start, and turn back to EA app then shows nothing. It didn't tell me what happening.

Troubleshooting steps I have already tried:

• Enabled Secure Boot in BIOS
• (Optional) Checked TPM 2.0 is enabled
• Reinstalled / repaired Easy Anti-Cheat
• Reinstalled EA App
• Updated GPU drivers and Windows
• Verified game files

Please advise on further steps to resolve this issue.
