EA App compensation still no received

I have the EA app and saw the tweet get 12 career and 12 hardware 1 hour boosts. I also saw that it was already delivered. I am still sitting here with no message of compensation and no boosts??? Is this being rolled out in waves?? I wasn't able to play for 7 hours.
