EA Help please

Good morning,

I am reaching out through here as EA Help is not helping and I/m hoping someone actually sees this.

I've appealed a ban 8 times on my account and can prove it was unfair.

I play through steam and never logged into the ea site, I then logged onto BF earlier this week and I am permanently banned due to my username being offensive? It was : X Rated Lover

I keep getting automatic replies and have since changed the name as I was unaware it was even an issue.

I've had this name from 15 years and now this is an issue?

I'm asking that my account please be unlocked as I have fixed this issue but I keep getting the same response from Ea help and this is unfair.

There was no ill intent and now this penalizes a player who has been here since the beginning.

All I ask is that a unban is placed, please and thanks.
