EA is using servers from the moon landing

Could you share a few more details so we can better understand what’s happening?

• What platform are you playing on?
• What region are you playing from?
• When the “server crashes,” do you get disconnected with an error message/code, or does the whole match simply end?
• When you get the black screen, does it happen while loading into a match, during the match, or after it ends?

I play on a high-end pc through the EA app.  I live in the northeast.  usually, it just states that the server experienced difficulties.  the black screen happens after a match

The “server experienced difficulties” message and the black screen after a match may be two separate issues, so I’ll keep an eye out for similar reports from other players as well.

For the black screen, next time it happens, could you let us know whether you can still hear the menu/game audio in the background and whether the game eventually recovers on its own, or if you have to completely close Battlefield 6?

Also, if you notice whether server disconnects tend to happen in a particular mode, that would be useful to know.
