EA Javelin False Triggers?

I have been banned since October 15th, I got denied today saying I definitely cheated, which is funny considering I was killing bots in a private match to farm for the PSR/Recon assignment. I have never been banned from any other game that even has stronger anti-cheats than Javelin, for example: ACE, FACE IT, Vanguard, EAC, etc. For some reason, this is the one anti-cheat I get false-flagged on, being denied after waiting for 17 days for reasons that never even relates to my actions is just straight up disrespectful, especially with little to no communication. Has anyone figured out a way to speak some truth to the TOS team? Because I am BAFFLED at this inept work of "support." I just would like to play the game after spending $106.
