EA Play Pro problems

Hello, I have bought EA Play Pro on 10/11/ and I won't be renewing it as I will buy the game but it doesn't let me!

I have quite popular portal modes on my account that alot of people play and don't want them to get removed

I could not open a case, perhaps mods can help me to buy the game!
