Ea play pro

Just bought Ea play pro to lvl some weapons on bf6 for redsec and it tells me to upgrade to play still?? Did i just get cooked?

I have the same issue, I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I am going to email support but its kinda **bleep** up you pay to play a game and then you can't play that game.
