EA stole my BC and won’t return it. Told me to post here now…

I bought the starter pack and $20 worth of BC on December 12, 2025. I then proceeded to buy the Winter Offensive battle pass tier skips (11 tiers, 1,650 BC in total) to complete the pass. When doing so, it asked me to confirm, and when I did, it asked me once again to confirm. I did, thinking it was a visual glitch.

It then proceeded to the battle pass tab and did not give me the Winter Offensive tier skips I paid for. On top of that, it took 3,300 BC from my wallet, a whole 1,650 BC more than what I paid for. I immediately reached out to support. They confirmed with me that it was an issue on their side and that it would be fixed at some point, without confirming a date.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited, as they requested. I then reached out again a week later and was told there was still no fix and that I would still have to wait. That brings me to today. When I opened my case back up, I found out it was closed, and after reaching out, I was told they fixed the issue and that I would now have to proceed to post on the forums to try and beg for the battle coins that were essentially stolen from me.

Look, it’s 1,650 BC, not a lot, but it’s about $15 IRL. I’m someone who, since 2023, has had four major back surgeries and, in the process, lost my ability to work and walk normally. During these last years, I was also diagnosed with a form of leukemia called CLL. For those who don’t know, it’s a form of blood cancer. So that $15, sure, isn’t a lot, but it has become more important than ever.

Losing it to a game that I’m passionate about and trust is an extreme blow to my confidence when making purchases in the future. Please escalate this and help me find a fix, because I would like to get what was taken from me and move on from this issue with no further problems.
