EA Support

If anyone from EA will read this please let me know,  so I’ve sent in a few help requests and it was in regards to missing Twitch drops and I was told over a month ago to wait for a resolution and now I’m facing another issue.  I have submitted my receipt to the promotion number for the Redbull promo and yet to receive anything back.    Is there some kind of issue going on with this promo?  If there is,  I don’t think anyone has been made aware of it.
