EA wont provide a refund....

I recently purchased BF6, and then 2400 points, to get BattlePass. All of this was on Xbox.

I then purchased Battle pass (1100 points). Logged in the next day, it said I hadn't got it so I purchased it again (thinking there might be a slight delay or something) but no, EA happily took another 1100 points.

I get that these problems sometimes happen so I reached out to support so they could refund the points.

It turns out they have no mechanism to refund my points, and pointed me to Microsoft instead! 

EA, fix this!
