The description for Event ID 1 from source Application cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
EAAntiCheatService
ExitType: 95 (267)The message resource is present but the message was not found in the message table
I keep getting kicked after about 3 min every time since the 6 pm I tried to update the game and the anti cheat for hours and nothing happens I enabled both secure boot and tpm since the beta and every thing was smooth back then

After opening the game, it hangs and closes after about 10 minutes. It doesn't give any error code. When I look at the event viewer, I see this error. EAAntiCheatService ExitType: 95 (267)
I tried everything but I still have this problem can anyone help please?

Kinda sounds like eaither a CPU heat issue or a GPU Heat Issue!
Also: Since you got the game on steam goto steam and check to see if all the files are installed correctly. Maybe a file got corrupted!

Subject: Persistent EAAntiCheatService Error (ExitType: 95) - Game Disconnects in Online Modes Only
Hi everyone,
I am creating this post in desperation after exhausting all common solutions for a persistent issue that is preventing me from playing Battlefield 6 online. I would be extremely grateful if anyone from the community or EA staff could provide some insight.
The Core Problem:
My game consistently disconnects approximately 7 minutes after launching into any ONLINE match. This is accompanied by a crash and a specific error in the Windows Event Log. Crucially, the Single-Player/Co-op campaign works perfectly fine, which leads me to believe the issue is specifically tied to the anti-cheat or online connectivity. My System Configuration:
- Laptop: ASUS ROG Series
- CPU: Intel Core i9-13980HX
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 Laptop GPU
- OS: Windows 11 22H2
- BIOS Setting: Secure Boot is enabled.
Error Details from Windows Event Log:
- Log Name: Application
- Source: Application
- Event ID: 1
- Level: Error
- Included Data:
- EAAntiCheatService
- ExitType: 95 (37)
Comprehensive List of Troubleshooting Steps I Have Already Taken:
- Anti-Cheat: Repaired and completely reinstalled the Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC) service from the game directory (as administrator).
- Game Files: Verified game file integrity multiple times and performed a full re-download and reinstall of the game.
- Drivers: Updated my NVIDIA graphics drivers to the latest available version and performed a clean installation using DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) in Safe Mode.
- Network: Performed a full network reset on my Windows OS and configured my router.
- Security & Power:
- Disabled ALL firewalls (Windows Defender and any third-party) temporarily for testing.
- Adjusted Windows Power Plan and settings to ensure stable CPU/GPU performance.
- System Files: Ran the sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth commands to check for and repair any corrupted system files.
Despite all of the above, the issue persists without any change. The fact that the single-player mode runs flawlessly confirms that the game itself and my hardware are fundamentally functional. The problem seems to trigger precisely when the anti-cheat service interacts with the online servers.
Has anyone with a similar high-end laptop configuration (especially ROG, i9-13980HX, RTX 40 series) encountered this exact ExitType: 95 (37) error? Are there any known conflicts with specific background processes, RGB control software (like Armoury Crate), or advanced power management features on these devices that could be causing EAC to fail?
Any advanced diagnostics or solutions would be immensely appreciated. Thank you for your time and help.

I am having the exact same issue. I feel like I've tried everything. Scoured the internet for any other posts on this every day and still nothing. EA Help has been FAR FROM HELP. So unfortunate.
