Enemies/allies teleporting, can't play

Everything is teleporting every second. I can't hit anything, and I don't know what I'm getting hit by. My ping is 12 to 16, and my internet speed is somewhere around a 100 mb/s. However, I get desynced every second (literally!). Nothing moves correctly for me. I have attached a 15 second clip for context -- and it's like this every second of the game. I have a higher chance of hitting enemies, if I shoot randomly instead of aiming at them. What can I do to fix this?

This is my setup:

Processor 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1280P (2.00 GHz)
Installed RAM 32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable) - 3200 MT/S
Graphics RTX 3060 (Laptop)

I just read another post describing the same issue, and they mentioned MS and TN. This is what's happening to me too, my MS is around 15 but TN is anywhere from 300 to a 1000. I've tried reinstalling the game, tried playing on another wi-fi, I've moved it to a different drive and tried all the in-game settings. What seems to reduce the lag a little is disabling frame generation and Nvidia reflex. But even then my TN was around 200 to 600. Yesterday, I also tried re-installing my drivers and even changing my RAM profile in BIOS -- that didn't do anything.

edit. the game is installed on an SSD. I don't have problems in other multiplayer games. And I have less lag on smaller maps, but they are not running well anyway.

  • I have pretty much the same problem, my fps, ping are normal but things just jitter and lag
