Engineer repair vehicle challenge not working.

Hi friends, I have run into an issue for the repairing vehicles challenge, I seem to suddenly be stuck at 1,997 / 3,000. I have been trying to progress the bar, but it is not working. Been stuck for two days. Suggestion?
