Engineer three badge not tracking

I’ve been working on this for two days deal damage to aircraft with launches as an engineer. I’ve knocked down UAV‘s helicopters and fighter jets. I’ve done it solo and I’ve done it with the above painted. Is this a bug? It is not collecting points.
