Tried everrything, no USBs, redownloaded both game and EA launcher, also game only does this on steam, works fine on EA app

Mine is just plain and simple, couldn’t play during the beta on my ps5 after I had preordered, now that it’s been released I’ve tried everything twice/ day and still hasn’t changed. Tried contacting them but nothing heard back
