Receiving this message after the queue on my son's account.

ERROR CODE 1.86001S.89001S:90c:-13561655840
This is happening on my son's account. It appears that he is setup as a teen but for some reason it still shows a request sent but not accepted on my end under my family management settings. We both use our xbox/ms accounts to sign into EA. When signed in with my account on the same xbox it loads into Battlefield 6 with no issues.
Additionally, when he tries to login to his EA account using his xbox/ms credentials, it does not seem to login and when clicking on the account icon in the upper right corner, it goes to login or create account again. I really would like to get this working so we can play the game together. Thank you for your help.
