I don't know how I'd do that since EA support never answers, it's non-existent.
I don't think I can rely on them for a fix, idk how am I even supposed to want to buy the game when I face only issues and lack of support.
I've forwarded the issue to my ISP to see if it's possible their upstream to be responsible for not reaching BF's servers which are AWS.
