I've been having this issue for the last week. I've contacted EA through chat several times, but they haven't been able to help. Anyone having any success fixing the issue?

Did you get a fix from EA on this issue yet? I have one son that can play and one son (younger) that cannot. My account works fine as well. All my youngest son wants to do is play the campaign and play games with his dad and brother during the holidays.
