Did you get a fix from EA on this issue yet? I have one son that can play and one son (younger) that cannot. My account works fine as well. All my youngest son wants to do is play the campaign and play games with his dad and brother during the holidays. He got the game for Christmas and I thought the standard parental permissions would allow the game to be played.
I have not gotten a resolution yet. I was going to hop into a chat with them again today and see if I could get some progress.
