ERROR CODE 1:86001S:89001S:9C:-13561655840 on Xbox

So, I am able to play BF6 just fine on my account. But when my son logs into his account, he's getting ERROR CODE 1:86001S:89001S:9C:-13561655840 and is unable to get to the BF6 home screen. Prior to getting this error message it will sometimes tell him he is in position 1200 or 2400 in the queue.

Prior to the update this week, he was playing just fine. This is a digital download, not a physical disc. Any help or ideas? We've tried re-installing the game and a full reboot of the xbox. Nothing seems to fix it for him. Thanks.

Same issue here. Digital copy on my son’s Xbox live account. Worked fine till shortly after the update. There’s a much larger thread if you search the error code on the forum with ~30+ replies. Some posters say EA has acknowledged a widespread issue that they are working on.

I have the same issue, can not log into my sons EA account either. Was thinking maybe because of a possible age restriction.
