ERROR CODE 1:86001S:89001S:9C:-13561655840

I had to check the screen names on these posts because they sound 100% exactly like my issue! I was able to play, but my son who has no restrictions, was not. Getting the error screen while queuing up at the title screen. Now, I can't even get into a game. I assumed it was some type of age restriction but he has no restrictions.

Will do. No solution found yet. 

Just got on to play Battlefield 6 and the game wont take me to the UI screen menu. Its just stuck connecting to the server with the error code 1:86001S:89001S:7C:-13561655840

I posted this morning… I’m glad it’s not just me then…

my profile works fine but my sons profile doesn’t work now after season 1 release.

I’ve tried:

deleting saved data on both profiles

reinstalling the game

restarting router and Xbox

and still nothing seems to work.

Our issue is on my sons account as well and we were told it’s an age restriction error however we have him set as an adult so makes no sense. 

I submitted a ticket but there is no way of checking its progress or knowing if it will ever get looked at.

Same here, the issue is only on my son's profile. please let me know if you find a solution.

Also to those that have been here lots before, does it actually help posting here? Like does someone from EA actually read these? Or am I just wasting my time?? 

I should add, mine is the digital version. Not disk. 

Also having this issue with my son’s profile, yet mine works on the same Xbox. Very odd and frustrating.
